When your property listing expires, you will need to use the credit from your current package to relist it.

Having your property “Featured” means it will appear at the top of our main page and will have a featured icon within the listings.

Please note that the featured properties on the main page will be listed in random order since multiple agents can purchase packages with featured perks.

For instance, if you choose to list 1 property with the Basic Package, you’ll have the capability to relist that property 10 times. Therefore, for a single property, this plan will cover you for a total of 10 months.
